Originally published as Calvin Luther Martin’s foreword to Gay Bradshaw’s Elephants on the Edge: What Animals Teach Us about Humanity (Yale 2009), K-Selected is pleased to offer The Great Forgetting as a free-standing (short) book on trans-species consciousness.
